I use www.mail2web.com to view what is sitting on my email server before downloading email. This free site allows you to delete email from the server before you use any email software to download it onto your computer. It can be a real time saver during high virus activity periods, since many of the infected attachments are large files. Pitch'em out before they ever hit your e-box!
