I was just over on ebay trying to decide if I wanted to bid on a chip, and asked myself why I wanted the chip. Did I have enough reasons to make a bid? How many reasons do I need? Are there any reasons not to bid on the chip? Are there more pluses than minuses? I realized I did not have any hard and fast formula. Do I need a formula?
