Hello all. I'm new fairly new to chip collecting. I got started when the Hard Rock released the playboy chips. One of those things where I was in the right place at the right time. I'm also farily new to Las Vegas, having moved here from New Jersey in 1999, so I'm not familiar with the formalities regarding the implementation of a new law. I was wondering if there is some web site or phone number or possibly a news letter available to the general public providing information on laws and/or regulations regarding the release of casino chips. I'm sure casinos can't just decide to introduce a new chip without getting some sort of approval from gaming. And since there has to be an approval process, my basic understanding of our government assures me there MUST be a published report. Can anyone help me find out how a collector can get these reports??
