This is good news for the average collector who just wants a fair shot at what is being issued.
I don't personally collect $5 chips, and if this cuts down on the number of smaller face value chips that are issued, it will give me a chance to catch up on some of the older stuff I haven't yet been able to get. New issue services should be able to satisfy their customers. The only people I see being annoyed by this is the speculators.
