Look at these two chips carefully. Look at the bottom of the "5" in "50c". On the orange chip, the white shadow of the "5" almost touches the circle line. On the other chip, there is larger gap between the circle and the "5". This reaffirms to me that these inlays are from an original order and a refill. When they made the refill that had to reproduce the inlay and came real close, but were not exact.
