Virus protection (that is updated weekly if not DAILY) is as important to the internet user as gasoline is for your automobile.

If you have a lot of email addresses in your Outlook or Outlook Express addressbook (especially mine! ), CLEAN THEM OUT! If you are still infected, you may be sending the virus to everyone in your addressbook without knowing it. If you aren't currently in a transaction with someone... delete their email address. You can always add them again later
