Next time try hitting the F5 key before logging off. Usually it will prompt a refresh of the page. In fact, after viewing a bb page for a long interval of time, if no new message appear to have been posted, simply hit the F5 key and any new messages that have been posted will now be visible instead of clicking off site and re-entering.
