Well it finally happened. I sold a chip on eBay and the bidder a (0) doesn't answer emails, and it's going on three weeks.

I don't mind the problem with re-listing and all that, but should I put a Negative on him or just ignore?

I wonder if someone is just playing games, as the item went up Nov. 20th, the bidder joined eBay on the 21st, has no other activity other than my auction.

I already did a member information search, so I'll save that, for what it's worth.
