It has always seemed like Harrahs doesn't know what market they want. First they had the tiny Tunica property and then got the nice Mardi Gras property. Of course that mustn't have worked since they redid the casino layout 5 times in as many years. The Strip property was supposed to be at least middle class if not upper class but you never hear anything nice about it. It is as if it doesn't exist. They buy the hole in the wall Players Metropolis and then they buy the very nice RIO. It seems like they are trying to be everything to everyone. But they did do two things right - the integrated slot club and the fact that they emphasize customer satisfaction.
