Harrah's needs to do something big to their Stip property if they want to keep up with the Joneses (PARK PLACE; MGM-BELAGIO, ETC). I wouldn't be surprised to seem them make a move to acquire the IP if the family puts it up for sale. They tried to buy the Royale next door but that didn't work. They need something to pull them back up to the upscale market.
