You didn't respond to the question:

If people don't drink responsibly NOW what makes you think drug users will do drugs responsibly and not kill others on the highway? Do we legalize drugs knowing the SAME conditions will exist therefore putting many MORE impaired drivers on the road (and everywhere else)? What about the rights of the victims?

That is but one of a thousand other problems that will pop up. Think it through.
