Brian-Currently the only locations with $40 strike machines are in Las Vegas. Caesars has one piece currently in play and the Mirage has a series of 3 Danny Gans $40 strikes. As for the value of what you "found" will depend on which location of Harrah's, what design, etc. Hope this helps a bit.
