There are no stupid computer questions, all of them are stupid!

Try right click with you mouse, on the image. Maybe you can save it? "save image as" should appear.

I don't know about some others, which I have saved, and when I try to open the image, which is there and is a JPG the software says something about File Type Not Supported.
