Another find at the Palace Station show last week. I was told these were handed out by pit bosses or hosts to players who wanted free cigarettes. They were covered or painted in different colors to indicate who granted the comp. This one has a bit on red left on the edges and in the zeros on the cards. I had never seen one before and they don't appear in the Nevada Promo Tokens book.
