Carl, I post bids and also bid on items posted. I will not bid on a chip offered by some people who have a reputation for unfairness or deceit. Soon as I see that person's name, I go on to other potential bids even if the item is offered at a low price. Might be a good idea to let us all know who this person is, I'd like to avoid him (her).
