I was informed this week that I will be included on a missions team from my church, we will be going to Brazil for two weeks this spring. We will be going to an island called Cananeia located off the south east coast. We will be assisting in the construction of a sports facility for the local church as well as sharing our testimonies with the help of translators at street meetings and through local churches. I have never done anything like this and I am very excited about this opportunity to help out. The next several months are going to be very busy fund-raising and preparing for the trip. The local language is Portuguese and I only speak english if anyone knows of a good way to learn this language I would love to hear from you. Thanks for sharing my news.
