Aparently, the other airlines will allow you to use your Naitonal ticket to fly standby the day the National ticket was issued. Maybe if I was traveling alone I'd consider that, after all drinking and playing Wheel of Fortune in McCarren isn't a bad way to spend a day. Sicne the wife is coming, i think I'll shell out a few hundred to make sure we get on the same flight.
