If you have any web space, you probably have enough for a trade list. Usually you will get 10 MB at a minimum, which is a whole lot of pictures and files. The pictures take up more space than all the files you will be creating.

If you get Excel or find that you have Microsoft Office on your computer and might have Excel but just don't know it. You can export forms in HTML and it's easy from there.
