Guess they'll just have to settle for infringement of trademark then! Serioulsy though, I wonder have the casinos whose chips are involved in all of this ever been contacted to see if they would/could prosecute for infringement of trademark? I think it's been mentioned that the Playboy people would be looking into the fake Playboy chips offered on Ebay recently, and so maybe the other casinos could look at this, or are they not bothered (or aware?).
