I completely understand where you're coming from and what you mean. Most people don't seem to feel sorry for the casinos in losing a few roulette chips!<g>
I myself do not collect roulettes but really don't care if some others do. If the casinos really did not want them taken, it's their job to stop it, not ours.
I was just a bit perplexed as to how a discussion about fraud lead to a discussion of whether collecting roulettes is stealing or not! I don't think we'll ever come to a consensus on the roulette topic but I'm sure glad everyone's ETHICS are the same when it comes to a mis-represntation of facts in a sale or auction when it comes to chips & tokens ( don't want the token collectors to get mad at me<G>)!
