Looking for some free advice here.

Finally broke down and purchased a set of the WSOP chips. Its the first 20 of the blue $2.50 chips issued thru Binions in 1994. The chips are still in the original hard plastic stacking case with the seal and "set number".

Am I destroying any value by cracking the seal, opening the case and seeing/touching the chips? I bought these to enjoy, not to stash away in a safe deposit box---like some boring old numismatist.

What are some options for displaying these and the subsequent annual WSOP winner chips?
