Took me 3 YEARS to graduate from generic dummy templates to finally getting framed!!

My suggestions:
Go slow ~~ one page at time
Don't try to be a Website Wizard (unless you are one already) BECAUSE YOU WILL FAIL
And have someone SHOW you how to do frames...
Don't let them "tell you", or send you great html text because you don't where to put it
MOST of all - HAVE FUN and create your world

Now... IF you get stuck on frames... do what I did...
JUST STOP MESSING WITH IT for... oh.... 6-8 months. That way you'll forget everything you thought you knew... which wasn't much anyway
