I got this surprise from my friend Robert Touts. He knew I collected and knew I was scratching up a few of these, so he sent one FRAMED (and one unframed). WHAT A GUY!

This is a note that was just released a short time ago and was immediately recalled because of a defect. The defect was that the serial number would rub off. The problem was that once the serial number was printed then varnish was applied to make the note last longer. Well this prevented the ink from drying. The notes were recalled and the process corrected, and the notes reissued. These (I think) will be rather scarce and as of now the price is 2X Face, I expect it to go up as the few in circulation are snatched by collectors. Thanks Robert Touts!!
