There should not be any reason that you cannot convert the file into a web page. You can problaby just export the files (including the pictures) and manipulate it any way you want.

Major problem would be that the images are typically (or at least in my case) stored at a mich higher resolution than is required for the web. I am guessing that this would be easy to handle as well.
