I went to the Palms Casino to get Ozzy Osbourne chips this morning. I went to the Main Cashier and was given a number and returned at 10;00 A.M. to get my chips. I like others went somewhere is the casino and gambled while waiting for ten o'clock to roll around. At about 9:45 the line began forming and Gene Trimble was there seeing that everyone was in proper place by number. There wasn't any complaints made by anyone that I knew of.

At Hard Rock Casino people wait in line for hours to get chips. If the person(s) in charge at Hard Rock have two brain cells functioning properly they would follow the example set by Gene at the Palms.
