It's too late, Al (re: HPA)... they didn't even address those who wanted their area of interest included in the act. Some of us researched every minute (hour after hour) of what all took place in the preperation (see archive).
What we really need is to build a committee ourselves as Robert Eisenstadt has suggested in the past. If we, alone, were able to tell the slabbing companies to cop a walk, we can do the same with the element who breeds greed and produces this crap.
The last thing I want to hear is someone telling me that DW has "fully cooperated" and has been "upfront." Cooperating means doing what we were told he would do. We were told that he would not produce any more of his work until the investigation came to a close (all archived). We were told that he purchased a "W" punch to clearly mark all his new work (all archived). Unless I'm living in the dark, I've not seen the first "W" on any of his chips, yet.
