I discovered the Cramps while watching Beavis and Butthead. They played the video "Bikini Girls with Machine Guns" and I thought it was outragous and started buying their CD's. Interesting rockabilly sound with even more interesting lyrics. Wish I could put the name of one of their best song titles on the board, however I would probably get kicked off the board for good *bg*

The Warped tour came through Omaha, but I did not get a chance to see NOFX, had to work! NOFX is one of my all time very favorite bands.

Rancid, what can you say about about a very talented group that sings songs about the white ghetto. Lars Fredrikson (hope I spelled that right) has a nice little CD out now. They also have a side group called the Buccaneers that has a real interesting raggae rock sound.

Dropkick Murphy's - Boston Irish working man's punk band, wonderful version of Amazing Grace, my favorite song "Bar Room Heroes". Very talented group.
