the fact of the matter is, Dave is no longer a member of the CC&GTCC. Therefore, his conduct is beyond the Club's Code of Ethics, By-Laws and Constitution.

Just the same, the By-Laws do not address matters like this, even if the individuals involved were Club Members. Instead, it is the Code of Ethics that would reasonably have some bearing, however the Code of Ethics does not specifically address repairs, fixes, adjustments, or whatever one would call such actions.

This remains an issue to be faced by the Club and hopefully, resolved in the not too distant future.
