You are very wrong about this. Having only been at a Hard Rock Release (it was a $5 chip and I can't remember the chip but it was at the end of last March) and seeing the quantity that people were buying I can assure you there would have been many unhappy people if they were limited to 5. This particular chip was limited to 2 stacks per person per time through the line, many people got back on line after buying their two stacks and as I understand it the chips did eventually sell out, but nobody who was there at release time wasn't able to get what they want.

I am confident that there would be much unhappiness if they had been limited to 5.
