In my database, I list chips such as The Winners Circle, Jockey Club, Sunrise, etc as real chips and note that the casino never opened and why.

I have the Regency chips listed the same.
I also have a set that says Regency Rainbow up to the $100. Same chip and logo. $1 is used, $2.50 up is UNC. I do not have a note on this set. Anyone know about them?
