I use Outlook Express for my email but I have several New Issue subscribers who use Netscape. I'm advised that at least one of them is unable to open my Atlantic City e-Newsletter attachments to read. They say that they have to download them into a file to read. Is this so with other Netscape users? Are you able to open email attachments to read on your monitor without downloading?

Would like to know how to do it so I can advise my subscribers who are using Netscape.
