I packed in a job running many Casinos and took a position as a train cleaner - which involved toilets - that I actually enjoyed . The people I worked with were so genuine and laid back , it was refreshing from boardroom politics .
Now that I'm back at Board level , I'm trying to put that feedback into practice .
