That's a lotta bucks! I presume that most of that cost is in the furnishings for the rooms and casino area. I just don't know how you can realistically plan on spending that kind of money compared to the Bellagio and Venetian. Also don't know how an off strip place will fill 10,00 rooms every night. The debt payment alone is about 5 times the best casinos current cash flow. Don't think he will be getting any of my money for the startup.
