The other Halloween chip was issued from the Hard Rock Cafe (not casino). Those chips really aren't really casino chips per se and they have no face value.

This chip that Bob mentioned WILL have a face value and will continue the tradition of annual HRH Halloween casino chips. Can't wait to see a scan!!
