Josh is defending this seller saying the chip is used at the brothel, when from the website it appears that it is only a souvenior.

This makes it no different then those stratosphere souvenior chips. Nothing wrong with collecting them if you want, and the ebay auction that started this thread accurately described this as a promotional item only.

Of course Josh on the other hand says that these chips are used at the brothel. But then he says that used at the brothel may mean sold at the gift shop. I think that's a pushing it.

And of course some of the chips were obviously not used at the brothel since they have a closing date on them.
