Michael:

We have several chips like this, they came from a New Rack that was in the Vault. Was told that they missed the Silver or Gold Foil when the Hot Stamp was made. They were missed by Quality Control, also in that rack were several chips that were Hot Stamped on one side and BLANK on the other.
