First, don't believe that story that "a picture is worth a thousand words" because it's not true.

Second, there is a compiled work "A Guide To Florida's Gaming Chips, Checks & Tokens" - Vol. I & II, available from the author at MLighter@BellSouth.net where there'a a ton of information and history (and lots of pictures, too); approx 500 pages.
