Everybody does it a little differently. I used to use vinyl flips and 2X2 vinyl pages and store them in 3 ring D style binders. Recently I have switched to 1-1/2 X 1-1/2 vinyl pages and no longer use flips, still store in D ring binders, this conversion saves me money and storage space since the 1-1/2x1-1/2 hold 30 items per page instead of 20. However with rare items I put them in Airtights and keep them in 2X2 vinyl pages. Hope others will post and give you some more ideas.
