I have to think Bob is right. I work in Atlantic City and on a daily basis see many examples of people who refuse to help themselves. They always refuse my offers of help. Can't tell you how many times I'm asked for money on the way into or out of work. I could get a referral bonus for new hires and offer this as an incentive to those looking for a hand out. They don't want a job. They want to sit in the park or stand out front of the liquor store. There isn't a casino in AC that doesn't constantly have opens that these city residents could fill. I can't imagine that in Las Vegas the job market is that bad. Is it?
