This weekend both on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, all of the outside lights were off, but on Sunday, they were all back to normal. Saturday's lights off experience was the subject all over Fremont street as person after person was talking about what was going on.

I was really glad to see the lights back on Sunday night.
