I would email the seller and say, I paid for insurance as the auction and your emails stated. Seeing as how the parcel is not insured, I am expecting a refund of the fees associated with the insurance cost. I am hopeful we can resolve it peacefully, but If not I would always consider filing a complaint with Ebays for false advertising.
