Just a thought... I am wondering if these were used for their gaming tournaments in the 1980's. They had the "84 Games" and some other high profile tournaments in the early 80's. I worked in Reno in the early 80's but I don't remember what chips they used during these tournaments, however they were not the PMSC (brass core).
