First let me say I hope this thread does not evolve into another complaint thread about any particular casino because there becomes a negative expectation on a constant negative discussion.

It appears to me that the individuals who expressed their disappointment about recent releases have moved on to bigger and better things in life (I know I have) but there are others who keep complaining about us collectors who enjoy building "sets" and how stupid we are. I know you have not personally indicated that but others have.

I will say this... I would also agree with you that ALL casinos are interested in generating the maximum amount of profit possible. As a result, the typical chip collector is frankly not of much concern to any casino. I would agree with the casino's on that thinking. Their purpose in life is to provide gaming and entertainment. This is where they make millions of dollars each year. But when a company (any company not just casinos) chooses to actively participate in the collector market by constantly producing a product for the express intent on selling those products for the collector, then one would expect some conderation would be given about how their new product releases will effect that customer segment.
