I don't have a hard time understanding why some people want to collect complete "sets" of chips. I have a hard time understanding why some people believe that if they have an otherwise "complete set" that they are entitled to have the casino cooperate in keeping the set complete.

Of all the reasons that a casino issues chips, collectors should be at the bottom of the list.
