Hello, I have been busy outside all weekend and just saw all of the posting headlines about grading.

I am putting in a new lawn and my landscaper keeps telling me how important proper grading is... He says otherwise I could have a lot of rainwater collect around the foundation of my home - and that is not good.

I don't have time to read all of the messages about grading.

Could someone just post the final answer on what you all decide is the best grading system and that is what I will do.

Please hurry, I would like to finish up this project tomorrow morning so I can spend the afternoon organizing my chip collection.
