Now I'm ready to suggest new a chip description. Hoarded! H for short, one person attempts to control a limited addition. I don't have a problem with a casino reserving chips for collectors, but selling ALL of the remaining chips to the 1st guy in line will only damage THAT person's reputation. There were people that wanted some too, and they were there!
