You're correct.

Most of the casinos I've played in The Bahamas and early day boats have had UK trained croupiers/dealers, mostly, for as long as I can remember (up to about ten years ago).

The one thing that I've never noticed at sea is a German National dealer. I wonder why that is.

Our local Paln Beach Cruise Line (former Crown Cruise Line) used to be 90% British female dealers. Though it's been a few years since I sailed on the QE2, but their staff was all women, too.
