Peter the way I am looking at it is the palace station would not have made these chips if rene had not prompted them to make them for his show. Any collector or dealer can do the same if they have a cause that the casino deems worthy. Why should the casino not do it. They are guranteed he will buy all the chips. If i was a casino I would do it. Doesnt make good business sense not too. As far as being a LE, that is for the collectors to decided. They can either buy the chips or like some people just disregard them as something another chipper thought up. Just my opinion.
