It looks like some people collect blanks cards, while others prefer cards that were really intended for gambling and have been made "complete" by having a name, number and information added. (those blank mag strips really say nothing until programmed) Others couldn't care less.

Do I want my card number, name and whatever, going around from buyer to seller? Removal of the name would be for personal security.

But most of all, isn't there something more important to debate? How about if we slab and certify cards. Hey we could even have a grading service to establish proof that it hasn't actually been USED in a casino!

OK maybe to someone it's important if a name is on a card, was on a card or never was on a card.
Why I don't know, since they are more durable than a Twinkie and more common that any casino chip.

How about this? Everyone get together and agree that a blank card is worth less than one with a name on it? Then we can worry if someone is going to start silk screening fakes names and account numbers on casino slot cards...
