I have cards that natural wear has removed most of the name and number from the face...but you can still see the outline of the name....I think a person that knowingly trades or sells an altered card should be held accountable and if it cannot be resolved between the two Chapter members ,some action should be taken. But it is the responsibilty of the person to look at the card before making the deal. I don't think this will be much of a problem among slot card collectors.....Be back in a week after visiting Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Reno....YES!!!!!!
